Harmony guitars are very low-end in price and quality. If your son is young and wanted to try learning, it should be ok. If he decides to get serious about playing, he’ll outgrow it quickly. I can’t recommend Harmony.
I’d recommend the Squire line by Fender or the Epiphone line by Gibson for lower-end (but not complete junk) guitars by more reputable companies. Look at the specials or clearance guitars on sites like Musician’s Friend or Guitar Center.
